A $50 NONREFUNDABLE Booking Fee is required to reserve an appointment. This fee will be applied toward your service.

If you are unable to attend your confirmed appointment, please contact us a minimum of twenty-four hours prior to your appointment date AND time. You may contact us via email (embracemybrows@gmail.com) or text at 210-600-6707. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in forfeiting the Booking Fee.

Clients are allowed a one-time scheduling change as long as the change is within the same calendar month, AND there is availability. Additionally, the change must be submitted a minimum of twenty-four hours prior to your appointment date AND time. Otherwise, the original booking fee is forfeited and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.

Fees paid for services are not refundable.

We will do our best to ensure that you are happy with your results. Keep in mind that two appointments are necessary for most services. If after your second appointment, you are not happy, your brow artist will work with you to ensure a reasonable outcome. As a note – we have never had an unhappy client.

An overall assessment of your brows is included as part of your procedure, and a determination will be made as to whether we can achieve your desired results. If we do not feel confident that we can achieve your desired results, we will decline the service.

All services done by Embrace My Brows are done by a Licensed and Experienced Esthetician and Brow Artist.

We always take before and after photos for each client. We reserve the right to use the photos for advertising purposes only. However, in order to protect and respect each person’s confidentiality, we never show anyone’s full face or identity.

As an addendum to the Client Consent and Liability Waiver Form, it is the client’s

responsibility to answer all questions honestly, and to adhere to the recommended pre and

post procedure guidelines in order to ensure optimal results.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, email address. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
